Friends! Last week we met with Ekaterina Biktimirova, co-founder of the “Create PTZ” coworking center, which opened in the very center of Petrozavodsk, in the place where the machines of the Alexandrovsky plant once worked tirelessly.

This is part of a project to create a creative cluster "Petrovskaya Sloboda", which is being implemented by the Karjala Foundation. The coworking center is positioned as a unique platform for uniting active citizens, youth, creative people who live, work, study in Petrozavodsk and want to implement ideas for the development of urban space and points of attraction, activities̆ and various development formats for peoplĕ, teams and the community.

These ideas can transform Petrozavodsk into a single cluster of comfortable urban spaces for active leisure, creativity, recreation and communication, visits by tourists and residents of other cities and countries.

In an interview, Ekaterina shared how she became an entrepreneur and came up with the idea of creating a creative cluster, as she sees international cooperation with Finnish partners in the implementation of joint art projects.

Coworking space "CreatePtz" (address: Kazarmenskaya st., 4) is:

✅a place in a quiet or loud hall with a total area of 40 and 30 sq. meters

✅ scanning and b / w printing

✅ internet access

✅ screen and powerful projector

✅ charging coffee, hot and cold drinks, pastries

✅Consulting on support measures (by agreement) We wish Ekaterina and her team success in creating a creative cluster and implementing international projects!
